With Christmas right around the corner, I slowly began to realise that I still have a few people I need to buy for. Each year I find that I struggle to buy for the same people! So throughout my endless internet trolling and walking the shops for hours on end, I have come up with four presents that you can buy those people who have ‘everything’ this Christmas!
Macro & Wide Lens - $12.99 (currently on sale for $9.09) || Typo
I recently got given this gift in my works Secret Santa and I absolutely loved it. When I first unwrapped it I could not stop playing with it for the entire night! Despite it being super small, it’s extremely fun to use. With it’s ability to be both a Macro and Fish eye lens, it’s the perfect gift for those people who love taking photos - whether it’s for Instagram, Snapchat or holiday photos, this little kit will create a fun and exciting flare to people's photos! The best part about it is that anyone with a smartphone can use it, so it’s the perfect gift for anyone!
Fragrances - Charlie Red and Polo Blue
Now fragrances are very much a personal choice, however, you can not go wrong with buying someone some new perfume or cologne.
For the females, I am recommending Charlie Red by Revlon. I wear this perfume almost everyday, and a little goes a long way! It is long lasting, fruity and I always get compliments when I wear it. My top tip for this perfume would be to work quickly. I always spread the spray around my body - specifically I spray it on my chest and then use my finger to add some of the product to behind my ears and wrists as well. Behind the ears and behind your knees are key points that hold the perfume scent all day.
RRP: AUS $59.00 || Chemist Warehouse
For a more masculine smell, I would recommend the Ralph Lauren Polo Blue fragrance. I recently smelt it in stores and it was divine! Described as a “refreshing blend of melon de Cavaillon, basil, verbena, and washed suede” on the Ralph Lauren website, I believe that this would be a universal fragrance for men.
RRP: AUS $89.99 || Chemist Warehouse
HP Sprocket - $129.99 || HP.com
Have you ever taken a photo on your smartphone and instantly wanted a hard copy of it? Well, technology has finally advanced enough to allow for this to happen! With the HP Sprocket Photo Printer, you are able to print 2x3 inch photos. I first saw this product through youtuber and blogger Zoe Sugg, also known as Zoella. Now, if I wasn’t madly saving I would buy this is a heartbeat, however, it does come with a pretty heavy price tag at $129.99 AUS. However, if you are wanting to splurge on a tech-savvy, photo-snapping lover, then this is the gift you need to get for them!
Personalised Stationery || Kikki.K and Myer
For those who want to spend a little bit more, personalised stationery is the way to go for anyone! Currently at selected Kikki.K and Myer stores, personalised stationery can be made within half an hour!
At selected Myer stores, The Daily Edition is doing on the spot stamping of their products to create unique, customised and elegant stationery. The only down fall of this product is the price - most of their stationery is quite expensive, over $100 AUS.
Therefore, if you are looking for a cheaper option, I would suggest Kikki.K. I find that Kikki K also has a wider range of stationery and accessories that can be customised. They also allow for a higher charge, more than three letters to be stamped onto the product, which is not an option at The Daily Edition (as far as I know).
I will be giving a personalised product from Kikki.K to my mum this Christmas.
I hope that these gift ideas help at least some of you with buying presents for family and friends this Christmas.
